All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail within 3 working days.

UK DELIVERIES:

Standard delivery and Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class items should take 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Special delivery items should arrive next working day.

Standard delivery = £1.30 for first item and £1 for each additional item

Royal Mail Signed For®  1st Class = £2.40 for the first item and £1 for each additional item

Special delivery = £7.30 for the first item and £1 for each additional item

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

International delivery items should take 5-10 working days

Europe Standard delivery = £3.70 for the first item and £2 for each additional item

United States Standard delivery = £4.80 for the first item and £2 for each additional item

The Rest of the World Standard delivery = £5 for the first item and £2 for each additional item

PACKAGING

All our products are wrapped in 100% biodegradable/recyclable packaging.

The plastic mailing envelope can be put in your composting bin.

LOST ITEMS

If you do not receive your item please contact us and we will investigate how and why it has got lost. If the item is definitely lost we will dispatch another delivery.

We will not replace items when the customer has supplied an incorrect address.
